The Receiver Control Server was developed to fill the need of operators that need to remotely change channels on Directv receivers connected to Zeevee modulators. The RCS1 will control any receiver that is Deca compatible, the receivers need to be on a Deca network with VPN access. There is also a function to get the channel the receiver is currently set to and check the Satellite signal strength.
The RCS1 is simply connected to the Deca switch, at the remote end log on to the vpn, once connected enter the IP address of the RCS and you will be presented with a web page where you can enter and set the IP and channel number of the receiver you wish to control.
